Empowering centers with nutritious meals through CACFP

CACFP: U.S. Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program. Provides reimbursement to eligible Childcare Centers who serve all required components of the CACFP Food and Nutrition Program to eligible participants. Childcare Centers will receive a monthly reimbursement once all program requirements are sustained and validated.
DHF provides nutritious meals and snacks to Childcare Centers which are not able to self-serve from their facility. If your Childcare Center is interested in signing up for the CACFP Food Program, please complete the form below.

At-Risk Program: The CACFP At-Risk Program, is a federally funded initiative in the United States to provide enrichment activities and programs to At-Risk Youth up to 18 years of age. DHF provides nutritious meals and snacks which are served to children in eligible afterschool programs, shelters, emergency shelters and apartment communities. The program is designed to support the overall health and well-being of participants by promoting proper nutrition and reducing food insecurity.
At Risk Sites may operate at Licensed Childcare Centers, Licensed Afterschool Programs, Community Centers and within Apartment Communities, who provide adequate space and documentation to host participants.
